Erica Foley

Erica has a diverse background in customer service & administration and has over 10 years experience working in the roofing, solar, and construction industry. She takes initiative, thinks creatively, and brings top organizational skills to her role. These are the same skills that led her to pursue a Behavioral Science degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

As the VP of Administration, Erica helps create and establish processes in office administration, project coordination, bookkeeping, and project management.

Her focus on client satisfaction and open communication ensures that projects are executed with efficiency and professionalism.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, tending to her house plants, and spending time with her family, her fiancé Blake, and their dogs Missy & Molly. Her strong family foundation has a big impact on her work ethics and contributes to her success at BYLTup.
