For a property manager based in Redondo Beach, we re-roofed a residential property in Hermosa Beach, ZIP 90254. The old roof had three layers of composition shingles. We removed all three, repaired the rafters, installed new 1/2-inch CDX plywood, and finished with a GAF Timberline HDZ R/S+ shingle roof system over Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment. Golden Pledge

GAF Golden Pledge comes with 50-year non-prorated material and 25-year workmanship coverage. It requires a roof installed by a GAF Master Elite contractor with a qualifying Timberline roof and at least five qualifying GAF accessories.

Silver Pledge

Silver Pledge pairs qualifying GAF shingles with four qualifying GAF accessories, and it is offered by GAF Certified Plus and Master Elite contractors.

System Plus
